When you click on create account it points you to: http://www.osguides.net/component/user/register.html However if there is somethings wrong for example the username you're trying to register already exists it leads you to the screen http://www.osguides.net/component/user/ where it tells you the username exists and you can try again. However the captcha is missing there and when you submit the registration nothing happens.
